■ プロフィール

離散数学の一分野である組合せデザイン論やその周辺分野について、主に情報科学分野での応用を見据えた研究を行なっています。具体的には、光直交符号と呼ばれる、光ファイバーを介した符号分割多元接続通信を実現することを目途とした符号の系列を、組合せデザインや有限幾何の理論を用いることで得る方法を明らかにしてきました。光直交符号の様々なバリエーションや、認証符号等の他の符号系列への応用も目指しています。
