概要	This study uses the strenghs perspective(Saleebey,2005) to clarifty the strenghts and obstacles encountered by Comprehensive Commnuty Support Centers(CCSCs). A qualitative study was condcted using semi-strctured interviews with 20 employees in CCSCs. Community businesses joined the project because of thier attachment to thier district,awarensess of thier elderly custuemrs, desire to improve thier image, and other consaiderations.
