概要	ニュージーランド・クライストチャーチ市において常時微動測定結果と地震観測結果を比較することにより、常時微動から地盤特性を推定する経験式を提案した。この提案式を1994年アーサーズパス地震に適用したところ、アンケート震度調査結果と調和的であることがわかり、この手法の妥当性を確認した。
