概要	Japanese are not collectiveness, but lower mutual independence and higher mutual cooperativeness. In this study, Facilitator considered such Japanese features (group principles), and did the group-works against Japanese college students. In result, Japanese students could speak their own opinions or could talk aggressively. We need to support which fits the features of the nationalities
