概要	his　paper explores the meaning of body and mind as well as their relations in early Confusian and Daoist texts. Two basic meanings of body, it as physical entity and as body-mind concept; and three basic meanings of mind, it as physical organ, thinking and judging device, and spiritual state of mind are discovred. The study also examines the unifying relationship between body and mind in early Chinese thoughts. (p.131-142)
