概要	We have developed a program called “Let’s stand up and draw art in the sky!” in which patients perform rehabilitation exercises based on interactive changes in Virtual Reality (VR) images, and the level of exercises achieved is reflected in the completeness of the artwork produced as feedback. The purpose of this study is to maintain the motivation for performing simple and repetitive rehabilitation exercises. We then conducted a clinical experiment by utilizing this program for sitting-down and standing-up rehabilitation exercises at a day care facility for the elderly that forms part of the community-based integrated care system. As a result, we have confirmed that even elderly people with reduced cognitive capability can perform rehabilitation exercises over a long period using the VR program. The patients were found to have good feelings about the rehabilitation program, in which images changed interactively with their movements.
