概要 This article investigates the participants’ process of gaining a new literacy in an emergent Discourse. At two Project-based Learning (PBL) programme sites, one in Romania, and the other in Japan, data were collected by video recording and interviewing. PBL opportunities are perceived to be an optimal option for learning such new literacy since PBL is claimed to be effective for enabling participants to acquire a combination of skills and knowledge.
