概要	Analytical measurements are ordinary and routine operations not only in chemistry but also in our daily lives. How can we obtain ‘accurate’ results? We must take efforts for satisfactory measurements by using analytical chemistry. We should first inspect the reliability of measured data, estimate their uncertainties, round their numbers properly, and, finally, report them as analytical results. Data evaluation is an indispensable field of analytical chemistry, which all analytical chemists must know. This article deals with data evaluation and analytical reliability through simple explanations.
